First seen Nov 20, 2025 · Last updated May 02, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study tests a smartphone-based program that combines physical activity tracking with mindfulness lessons to help breast cancer survivors exercise more. About 304 women who finished primary treatment for early-stage breast cancer within the past 5 years will use the program for 24 weeks and be followed for another 48 weeks. The goal is to see which parts of the program best increase physical activity and whether that leads to less fatigue, anxiety, and depression, and better sleep.
