Summary
This study tests whether a special fish oil (Omega Cold) can help healthy adults avoid or recover faster from respiratory infections like colds, flu, and COVID-19. About 400 participants aged 18-80 will take either the fish oil or a placebo daily for four months during winter. They will report any symptoms weekly to see if the oil reduces how often they get sick or how severe the illness is.
