Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug that delivers radiation directly to cancer cells. It is for people with advanced solid tumors (like lung, colon, or pancreatic cancer) that have not responded to other treatments. The main goals are to check safety and find the best dose. About 70 adults will take part.
