Summary
This study tested whether helping fathers get involved during pregnancy and the first year of life can prevent rapid weight gain and obesity in babies. Over 650 families from diverse backgrounds took part. The program provided extra support to parents, focusing on healthy eating, sleep, and activity for the whole family.
