Summary
This study looked at how wearing full firefighter protective equipment affects chest compressions during CPR. 38 healthy firefighters performed 12 minutes of CPR in full gear, switching between 1-minute and 2-minute intervals. The goal was to see which interval leads to better compression depth and quality.
