Heart failure drug shows promise in shrinking enlarged hearts

Summary
This study tests whether the drug finerenone can improve heart structure and function in 156 adults with heart failure and an enlarged left side of the heart. Participants will take finerenone or a placebo daily for 12 months and undergo heart scans to measure changes. The goal is to see if adding finerenone to standard care helps reverse heart damage.
