First seen May 06, 2026 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This study tests whether offering financial rewards can help couples who both smoke to quit. About 900 couples will get standard quit-smoking help, and some will also receive cash rewards if they stay smoke-free. The goal is to see if rewarding both partners works better than rewarding just one.
