First seen Mar 24, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This study looks at whether adding a muscle-release technique (myofascial release) to the standard FIFA 11+ warm-up program can make hamstrings more flexible and lower injury risk in football players. About 28 male players aged 16-30 will take part. The goal is to find a better way to prevent one of the most common injuries in the sport.
