First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether adding a hands-on stretching technique called myofascial release to the standard FIFA 11+ warm-up program can improve hamstring flexibility and lower injury risk in football players. Researchers will enroll 28 male players aged 16-30 who are currently injury-free. Participants will follow the 6-week program, and their flexibility, strength, and injury rates will be tracked.
