Summary
This study looks at whether adding a muscle-relaxation technique called myofascial release to the standard FIFA 11+ warm-up program can make hamstrings more flexible and lower injury risk in football players. About 28 male players aged 16-30 will take part. The goal is to find a simple way to keep players safer on the field.
