Summary
This study looks at whether combining three types of leg exercises (Nordic hamstring, plyometric, and neuromuscular training) with a type of muscle stimulation called SIS can improve hamstring strength, balance, and movement. The study involves 30 healthy, active adults aged 19-40. The goal is to find better ways to prevent hamstring injuries in athletes.
