Summary
This study looked at whether adding TENS (a device that sends mild electrical pulses) to regular physical therapy helps reduce pain during movement in people with fibromyalgia. 459 adults with fibromyalgia took part. The goal was to see if this combination improves pain, daily function, and reduces the need for pain medication.
