Common allergy drug tested to help Parkinson's patients

Summary
This study is testing whether adding the allergy medication fexofenadine to standard Parkinson's treatment can improve patients' quality of life. The trial involves 46 adults aged 50+ who are already taking dopamine replacement therapy for Parkinson's. Researchers will measure changes using standard Parkinson's rating scales to see if the combination treatment provides additional benefit.
