New heart scan could prevent stillbirths in High-Risk pregnancies

Summary

This study aims to discover hidden heart electrical problems in high-risk pregnancies that might lead to fetal death. Researchers will use a new, non-invasive monitor called fetal magnetocardiography (fMCG) on 30 pregnant women with conditions like congenital heart disease or twin pregnancies. The goal is to find unique warning signs that could one day help prevent stillbirths.
