Summary
This study compares a new iron-based nanozyme solution (ferumoxytol) to the standard root canal cleaner in 72 adults with infected root canals. The goal is to see if the nanozymes kill more bacteria and improve healing over two years. Participants will have their teeth treated and followed with X-rays at 6, 12, and 24 months.
