First seen Mar 31, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 9 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding a hormone called LH to standard fertility drugs improves egg quality and pregnancy rates in women aged 35-40 who had a low number of eggs in a previous IVF cycle. Participants will receive either the standard treatment or the standard plus LH. The goal is to see if the added hormone helps balance hormone levels and leads to better outcomes.
