First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This study looks at whether freezing ovarian tissue can help preserve fertility in people with disorders of sex development who are at high risk of infertility or cancer. Up to 50 participants under 30 will have their tissue frozen before their ovaries are removed. The goal is to see if the tissue remains usable for future fertility or hormone therapy.
