Scientists probe Iron-Linked cell death in lupus
NCT ID NCT07260942
Summary
This study aims to understand how a specific type of cell death, called ferroptosis, is involved in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Researchers will measure markers of this process in the blood cells of 120 people with lupus and compare them to people with other inflammatory conditions. The goal is to gather knowledge that could lead to new treatment ideas in the future.
