Summary
This study looks at whether taking a daily powder made from fermented garlic and lettuce can help improve memory and thinking in adults with mild cognitive impairment. About 60 adults with mild memory problems will take the powder for two months. Researchers will measure changes in cognitive test scores to see if the supplement makes a difference.
