Summary
This study tested whether fenofibrate, a drug usually used for high cholesterol, can help people with mild-to-moderate ulcerative colitis. Researchers measured changes in disease activity, quality of life, and levels of inflammation markers in the blood. 60 adults took part in this completed Phase 2/3 trial.
