Summary
This early-stage study tested a new drug called Felmetatug Vedotin, both alone and combined with pembrolizumab, in people with advanced solid tumors that had spread or could not be removed by surgery. The main goal was to find safe dosage levels and understand side effects for cancers including ovarian, breast, lung, and others. The study was terminated and did not proceed to later phases.
