First seen Jan 28, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study looks at two ways of feeding patients with severe lung injury (ARDS) who are lying on their stomachs and on a breathing machine. It compares feeding through a tube in the stomach versus one in the small intestine. The goal is to see which method helps patients get better nutrition and may lead to fewer infections and shorter hospital stays.
