First seen Apr 12, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This study tests three non-drug approaches—exercise, acupuncture, and a mild nerve stimulation device—to reduce severe fatigue in people with Sjögren's syndrome. 174 adults will be randomly assigned to one of the programs for 12 weeks, and their fatigue levels will be tracked for up to 48 weeks. The goal is to find safe, effective ways to improve daily energy and quality of life.
