First seen Apr 12, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study tests three non-drug approaches—exercise alone, exercise plus acupuncture, and exercise plus nerve stimulation—to reduce fatigue in people with Sjögren's syndrome. 174 adults with long-term, unexplained fatigue will be randomly assigned to one of the programs for 12 weeks, with follow-up up to 48 weeks. The goal is to find which combination works best and is safe and practical.
