NCT ID NCT05562557

First seen Mar 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 17, 2026 · Updated 12 times

Summary

This study looks at whether special programs for fathers can help families in the Bronx and nearby areas who are at risk for substance misuse. About 240 fathers will be randomly assigned to either get usual services or extra support like counseling, fatherhood classes, and case management. The goal is to see if these services improve children's behavior and strengthen the bond between fathers and their kids.
