Could a fasting diet boost breast cancer treatment?

Summary
This study tests whether a special low-calorie diet that mimics fasting can make standard chemotherapy and immunotherapy work better for people with early or locally advanced triple-negative breast cancer. About 80 participants will receive the diet alongside their usual treatment before surgery. The main goal is to see if this combination leads to no cancer remaining at the time of surgery.
