Could a fasting diet boost breast cancer treatment?

Summary
This study tests whether a special low-calorie diet that mimics fasting can make standard chemo-immunotherapy work better for people with early-stage triple-negative breast cancer. About 80 participants will follow the diet before and during treatment. The main goal is to see if more tumors disappear completely after therapy.
