Summary
This study is testing a faster MRI scanning method called 'MRI Fingerprinting' for people who have had a recent stroke. The goal is to see if this quicker scan can provide the same quality images as standard MRI, which takes 20-25 minutes. If successful, this could help doctors diagnose strokes faster and start treatment sooner, potentially improving patient outcomes.
