Study tests speedier insulin for young diabetics
NCT ID NCT06948760
Summary
This study tested if a faster-acting insulin called Lyumjev could help teens and young adults with type 1 diabetes spend more time in their ideal blood sugar range. Participants used an automated insulin pump system and were randomly assigned to either switch to the new insulin or stay on their current one. The main goal was to see if the faster insulin improved daily blood sugar control compared to standard options.
