Inclusion Criteria: 1. Age ≥ 50 years. 2. ASA physical status class I, II or III. Exclusion Criteria: 1. Poly-trauma patients. 2. Patients with history of sensitivity to the studied drugs. 3. Psychiatric disease or seizure disorder requiring medication within the previous 2 years. 4. Opioid tolerant patients. 5. Patients with preoperative cognitive dysfunction.
