Summary
This study looks at whether newer PET/MRI scans (FAPI and FDG) are better than standard MRI at diagnosing muscle-invasive bladder cancer and predicting how well pre-surgery treatment works. About 80 participants will be scanned before and after therapy. The goal is to help doctors adjust treatments sooner for better outcomes.
