NCT ID NCT07342231

First seen Jan 19, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This study tests a new type of PET scan that uses a special tracer (FAPi) to find pancreatic cancer that standard CT scans might miss. About 60 adults with pancreatic cancer will get both a CT scan and this new scan. The goal is to see if the new method is better at detecting where the cancer has spread, which could help doctors choose the right treatment.
