Summary
This study tested a digital group program called 'Fewer Falls in MS' for people with multiple sclerosis who had fallen in the past year. 240 participants either joined the 8-session online program or received a fall prevention brochure. The program aimed to reduce falls and improve confidence and control over fall risk. Researchers tracked falls weekly and measured fear of falling and quality of life over 12 months.
