Summary
This study tested a digital group program called 'Fewer Falls in MS' for people with multiple sclerosis who had fallen in the past year. 240 participants either joined the program or received a brochure. The program included eight online sessions and home exercises. Researchers tracked falls and other outcomes for up to 12 months to see if the program helped reduce falls and improve confidence.
