First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study tests whether a 5-week home exercise program can help people with multiple sclerosis (MS) improve their balance and prevent falls. Thirty participants will be split into two groups, both doing exercises three times a week, but one group gets extra balance and mobility tasks. The goal is to see if the enhanced program reduces fear of falling and improves walking ability.
