First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 09, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study tests whether a 5-week home exercise program can help people with multiple sclerosis (MS) improve their balance and prevent falls. Thirty adults with MS will be split into two groups: one doing a standard exercise program and the other doing an enhanced version with extra balance and mobility tasks. Researchers will measure balance, walking ability, and fear of falling before and after the program.
