First seen Nov 17, 2025 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study tests a computer program that tries to predict how a person's face will look after jaw surgery. Researchers will compare the computer's prediction with the actual result seen on a scan taken 6 months after surgery. The goal is to help patients see their likely appearance before they go through with the operation. About 30 adults having jaw surgery will take part.
