Summary
This study is testing face transplant surgery in 5 people with severe facial injuries that cannot be repaired with standard methods. To help the body accept the new tissue, participants will also receive a bone marrow stem cell infusion alongside standard anti-rejection drugs. The study focuses on safety and functional recovery.
