First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 18, 2026 · Updated 31 times
Summary
This early-phase trial studies whether adding the drug copanlisib to the standard two-drug therapy (fulvestrant and abemaciclib) is safe and effective for people with hormone receptor-positive, HER2-negative breast cancer that has spread. About 24 participants will receive either the three-drug combination or the standard two drugs alone. The goal is to see if the extra drug can help control the cancer longer.
