This study explores whether advanced eye and brain imaging can help diagnose and treat nerve and blood vessel damage caused by diabetes. Researchers will test a Chinese herbal medicine called Tangshen'an Granule in 160 adults aged 18-70 with diabetes. The goal is to see if the imaging can detect early problems and if the treatment can prevent or slow damage to the eyes and brain.
