NCT ID NCT07159880

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study tests whether taking letrozole for 10 days instead of the usual 5 days helps more women with PCOS ovulate and get pregnant. About 84 women aged 18-40 will be randomly assigned to one of two groups. The main goal is to see if the longer treatment leads to more ovulations, while also checking for pregnancy rates and side effects.
