Summary

This study looks at whether giving the clot-busting drug tenecteplase more than 4.5 hours after a stroke starts is safe and helpful. Researchers will follow 3,000 adults in China who receive this late treatment in regular hospital care. The goal is to see if patients have less disability three months later.
