Summary

This study looks at whether aerobic exercise (stationary biking) and daytime naps can help people with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis learn and remember motor skills. Twenty adults aged 18-70 will take part. The goal is to see if these simple activities can boost brain function and improve daily abilities.
