Summary
This study brings together 60 international experts to agree on clear definitions for two serious conditions: intra-abdominal hypertension (high pressure in the belly) and abdominal compartment syndrome (a dangerous buildup of pressure). The goal is to standardize how these conditions are defined, measured, and managed, which can improve patient care. Participants are experienced doctors and researchers who will vote on statements until they reach at least 80% agreement.
