Summary
This study tested whether a long-lasting painkiller (Exparel) works better than a standard one (bupivacaine) for pain after removing all four wisdom teeth. 82 adults took part, and they reported their pain and any side effects for four days after surgery. The goal was to see if Exparel reduces pain and the need for extra pain medication.
