Knee replacement pain study seeks equal relief with two EXPAREL methods

Summary
This study compares two methods of giving the pain medicine EXPAREL during knee replacement surgery to see if they provide the same amount of pain relief. About 40 adults having knee replacement will receive EXPAREL either as a targeted block or as local infiltration. Participants will report their pain levels and any extra pain medicines they need after surgery.
