Summary
This study tests whether a special dialyzer called Theranova can improve symptoms like pain, sleep, energy, and itching in people with end-stage kidney disease on dialysis. About 100 adults will use the new filter for 24 weeks and report how they feel using a phone app. The goal is to see if removing larger toxins during dialysis makes patients feel better.
