Summary
This study tests whether injections of exosomes from umbilical cord cells can safely improve erectile function in men aged 18-70 with moderate to severe erectile dysfunction who haven't responded well to standard pills. Seventy participants will receive either exosome or placebo injections weekly for six weeks. The main goal is to see if the treatment improves scores on a standard erectile function questionnaire.
