First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 05, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This phase 2 trial tests whether injections of exosomes from umbilical cord cells can safely improve erectile function in men aged 18-70 with moderate to severe erectile dysfunction who haven't responded well to standard treatments. Participants will receive six weekly injections of either exosomes or a placebo and be monitored for changes in erectile function scores and blood flow. The study aims to determine if this approach offers a new treatment option for a condition that affects many men.
