Summary

This study compares two balance-training programs for adults aged 55 and older: interactive video games (exergaming using Xbox Kinect) versus standard Otago exercises. Over 6 weeks, 36 participants will do supervised sessions 3 times a week. The goal is to see which approach better improves balance, coordination, and mobility, with the aim of reducing fall risk.
