NCT ID NCT07546916

First seen Apr 26, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This study tests whether a single 40-minute session of exergaming-based seated Tai Chi can improve memory and thinking skills in healthy young (18-30) and older (60-75) adults. Participants will try both the Tai Chi game and a simple stretching routine on separate days, while their brain activity is measured. The goal is to see if this fun, seated exercise offers a quick mental boost compared to stretching alone.
